Spa Day- Birthday Treatment

lakota's birthday was jan 14.(she turned 8) we give our kids 25 dollars and they get to go to what ever store they want and spend the money on what they would like. Lakota picked to go to target. she picked out a Fur Real Puppy that can roll over and she also picked a make at home spa treatment. she is so grown up. as we started her treatment i couldn't help laughing at what she had picked. an oatmeal face scrub!!complete with the head wrap and spa shoes. oh don't worry i got the picture to go with it- enjoy our grown up little girl!

Box of Fun!!

So the other day i was in playing the piano and i heard Payton start crying! I went to see what he was into and found him in a box that had toppled over. He hit his head on the wall and i started to laugh. Stuck in a box- tyring to get out and he fell and hit his head- what else can he find that is entertaining?? ( he really keeps me laughing!!)

Our Christmas Whirl Wind

So here's what went on! on the 19th we had marks family Christmas Party. We made Gingerbread house! Being in charge and having to run around we didn't get very many pictures. (mark's mom did so I might put them on later) Christmas day was a whirl wind, lakota and makayla thought that they needed to get up at 3:00am, so mom sent them back down stairs to wait it out. After all the kids were up they went trough what Santa brought them! Before we go to the unwrapping of the oh so many gifts we decided to eat!( with me being preg-o i can't go so long without FOOD). After breakfast mark's mom came by to pass out her gifts (she goes around Christmas morning from house to house giving the grand kids all their presents). Then the kids ripped into ours! Here are some of the items they got- Lakota; easy bake oven, cabbage doll and high school musical everything. Makayla; bye bye baby, guitar and Hannah Montana stage set. Payton; Trains, glowing light saber and dart gun. Addison; Baby, stroller and play tent. They all got plenty of clothes. After all the mess was organize we headed over to my mom's house for games, food and some of that family bonding. My grandma Prince from Canada was down and spent Christmas with our fam. Too much fun, Too much food and not enough sleep!
