Bear Lake

July 20 2013

This is one of our favorite family vacation traditions! This year we camped in a tent! We took the boat and spent the days on the beach. The kids love building in the sand the most! One of my favorite memories from this trip was the bikes. We rented the bikes for the evening and we all took turns! Payton and I kept racing around camp, he was full of smiles and giggles! The older girls liked the bigger bike because more people could ride! This is one camp grounds we will be go back to.

Rodeo 2013

Can't pass the summer without doing pleasant grove strawberry days! One night we take the kids to the rodeo then on Saturday Mark and I go for date night! Oh how we love the month of June.

Dance, dance, dance

This was Lakota's last dance performance! Addison and Lakota had so much fun! I love watching my girls have fun on the "big stage". Lakota has decided to not continue with dance but instead focus on music and sports! Addi will continue next year with Makayla! 

Finally diagnosed!

This kid has been sick from day one! After constantly going in to my doctor, instacare and the ER I finally took him to see an allergy specialist! 14 pokes later he said that he didn't have a reaction to anything, so he said he would put him on a bunch of asthma medications and see how it goes! After a few months of pills, syrups and breathing treatments this little guy started to get better! As time went on he got down to only one breathing treatment as needed! Glad to have him healthy after 4 years of doctors every 10 days! April 28 2013

8 is great, Payton

Handsome little guy! Can't believe he is 8! Love his smile and crazy attitude, he is always making us laugh! I'm truly blessed to call him mine. I'm grateful for his example to be baptized. April 11 2013 

Boston turns 4

While Mark and I were on vacation, this little guy turned 4! No need to worry, I had all the birthday plans ready to go before we left! Grandma Leatham picked up the balloons and the power ranger cup cakes we ordered! As for the present, he wanted a boy baby! After searching and opening 3 twin sets to make sure there was a boy- he got his wish! A boy and girl twin set! Grandma leatham made clothes and blankets for the dolls as her gift for Boston's birthday! He couldn't have been more happy and excited! We love him so very much!! February 18, 2013  

Utah, New York, Bahamas, Florida!

Cruising from NEW YORK CITY! Mark and I got to go on vacation to the BAHAMAS! It was so stunning! Clear water, perfect beaches and bright colored buildings. I loved sitting on the beach with Mark and having nothing to do! Reading a book and drinking a piña colada and cooling off the the blue water! What a great way to take a break! February 14, 2013

Lakota is 12 already?!?

This lovely lady turned 12, she makes me old! For her birthday we did a mini make-over! How fun! She's growing up so fast! She is super excited to go to young women's! January 14, 2013

Christmas 2012

Christmas ginger bread houses are a yearly tradition! Grandma leatham loves to have the kids over for the evening! I always love to see what they come up with!

Summer in fast forward

Our summers are always packed with running around and boating, mostly boating. With each year the kids get more daring and more daring. Higher speeds and new things to try. The girls love to jump and dive off the side of the boat. Boston likes to go on one slow ride then ends up in his cubby asleep! Payton is more adventuroius, fast and more circles, he wants to be thrown off and he only wants to ride with the big guys! Ha! With the kids taking up most of the time Mark and I didn't get to wake board as much, HARDLY any!!! We always love it when we can take friends along. Hot days and cool water, we couldn't ask for more!

School days

In the month April we got a call from Lakota's teacher telling us that she was student of the month. We were invited to the assembly. Lakota didn't know so it was a surprise to her. As each class was read and the names announced we where shocked to find out that Addison was also student of the month for her class. (afternoon kindergarden) At the end of the program the parents got to go up and take pictures, Boston felt left out so he too got a picture!

Mexico with Friends!

Feb. 19. 2012 Our cruise with friends was amazing! Not only did Mark and I have a blast, but we got to have a blast with friends! We all booked the trip together and made plans! We spent a lot of time on the ship playing phase 10! Dinner ended up being more of a comedy show then actual dinner! How fun is that, dinner and a show! Mark and I did book some ashore excursion! Zip lining and whale watching. We also did some shopping, beach time and a massage! How relaxing. We can't wait to do it again, but this time with our kids!!

Payton Turns 7

How time flies! For reasons unknow, we only got video of Paytons Birthday! His highlight was his weather proof football that he got. Some of Paytons highlight of the year are: Karate, he has now earned his orange belt, soccer, he played both fall and spring leauge, in school he has excelled in his reading and every Friday he runs home to show me his 100% on his spelling, this past year he also learned to ride his bike with out training wheels and he is super excited to start his coach pitch baseball leauge! He can't wait till his next birthday cause he will be 8 and he will get to be baptized! We love having this little prankster in are family and we can't wait to see what this next year brings to him.

Power Rangers celebrate # 3!

For the last FOREVER all Boston wanted to watch was Power Rangers, so of course for his birthday he wanted a power ranger cake! But being busy as we were, we had so many school concerts going on, that Boston didn't have a huge clebration! I did manage to order him the Power Ranger cupcakes. Mark took him to the store to pick out his present, which happend to be the Captin America shield, and then on Saturday we took him and the rest of the kiddos to play mini-golf. He was in HEAVEN! He loved to hit the golf ball into the hole and made sure every time that he put the ball down only inches away form the hole just so he could score and move quickly to the hole! Every time he got the ball in the hole he would scream and shout and celebrate loudly, I think he had fun! We can't wait to see what this next year brings to him!

One More Year!!! January 2012

One more year and this beauty will be in Young Womens!! She can't wait to be grown up, but really, who could!! Lakota is the biggest help around the house! She helps watch kids when mom has to run other kids to activities, she loves to make cards and she really, really, really enjoys reading! She is very smart and in May of this year (2012) lakota was awarded student of the month! Lakota is quite the little sports gal with working on dance and softball! She is also progressing in her piano and love her new piano teacher! With one more year in elementary and one more year left till young womens, this little one is growning up too fast for her mom and dad!!
